Return Policy

If for some reason our product is not right for your business you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must call 1-702-506-0190 to request a Return Authorization number [RA#] and return address. Refunds are made only on the price of the product plus applicable taxes and do NOT include applicable shipping costs.  Unfortunately, no refund can be made for teleconference packages once the first teleconference has begun.

Credit card refunds are credited to your account and cash/check payments are refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise in complete and good condition with RA# or an e-product has been removed from your PC.
